M3 Marine Valuations (M3MV), providing valuations since 2005, aims to better cater to customers’ needs in the Offshore Marine and Offshore Energy sectors. M3MV stands out as one of the few consultants, if not the only one, with a dedicated valuation procedure for valuing vessels.
What We Do
Asset Valuations
M3MV undertakes and delivers quality and reliable asset valuations for vessels, rigs, Wind equipment.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Overviews on key considerations in assessment of value
- Detailed reviews of technical specifications of offshore marine assets
- Detailed reviews of newbuild contract documentation, construction and associated costs for valuation purposes
- Indicative current valuation ranges
- Historic, current and future charter rate expectation for assets
Our clients include asset owners, keen buyers and sellers, financial institutions, banks, and other interested parties.
We also participate in joint valuations for larger projects, have advised on numerous M&A deals, and have collaborated with several esteemed, typically non-offshore, ship broking companies by conducting vessel valuations for offshore energy assets on their behalf.
The range of vessels we value includes the most complex DP MPSVs, jack-up rigs, derrick lay vessels, pipe lay vessels, WTIVs, accommodation work barges (and their sophisticated equipment), as well as smaller SOVs, CTVs, anchor handlers, tugs, and barges.to owners, keen buyers and sellers, financial institutions, banks and other interested parties.
