Joey Fisher, Managing Director, has been appointed by Shell International Trading & Shipping as a Dynamic Positioning Subject Matter Expert (DP SME) Operational & Technical for all categories of DP Vessels as defined in Marine Management Guidelines 45 (MMG45) DP Vessel Maritime Assurance Process.
This appointment follows an extensive interview / viva voce type of assessment and a written technical examination. Preparation involved months of coaching, mentoring and study using the MTS DP Committee’s Guidance for Professional Development of DP Personnel (PDDP2) tool.
